Our students’ main academic focus is mastery learning in reading, writing, and math.  However, that goal is only achievable if education instills a love for learning.  Teachers and parents are partners that build on the child’s innate curiosity and desire to learn.  Children who find joy in learning will buy into their educations and be willing to put in the hard work as they enter middle school and high school.  The curriculum materials, books, manipulatives, and technology we choose to use also play an important role in reaching that goal.
